Complete commissioning after the basin, countertop and surrounding accessories are installed. The micro-computer controlled infrared system self-adjusts its detection zone according to the lavatory color, geometry and surrounding surfaces.
◇ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the water supply before final connection, verify all hoses and plumbing fittings are secure, inspect the built-in strainer for debris, and confirm stable dynamic pressure before commissioning the electronic solenoid assembly.
◯ Automatic Shutoff Setting? +
The Wella system is factory configured with an approximately 30-second automatic shutoff. The setting can be adjusted where required to suit commercial operating conditions and reduce unattended water consumption.

This integrated faucet and soap dispenser system was installed during a commercial facility modernization project in 2023 and has been monitored through 2026. The previous setup relied on separate touchless components that frequently required recalibration and often created inconsistent user experiences because the faucet and dispenser sensors responded differently during peak traffic periods. Since installation, this dual-sensor system has maintained dependable activation, reliable soap dispensing, and consistent water delivery throughout daily operation. Maintenance records show fewer service requests compared with the previous equipment, particularly regarding sensor alignment and activation delays. The integrated design has also simplified cleaning procedures and reduced countertop clutter. Even during periods of heavy usage, operational uptime has remained strong and overall maintenance involvement has been noticeably lower.

Have just installed 14 units of Wella Light Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish Sensor Faucet and Soap Dispenser Combos , its working just perfectly. The finish is praiseworthy as shown here. Customer service at Bath select are very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to see shipping took only couple of days and was free.
